Welcome to Pirates War! By registering and using the game, you fully accept the following terms and conditions.
Article 1 – Account and Responsibilities
1.1 Registration
Registration is free and open to everyone. The created account does not constitute user property.
Staff reserves the right to suspend, limit or delete one or more accounts at any time, even without notice, in case of rule violations or for technical or administrative reasons.
1.2 Service Availability
Pirates War is a free game, offered "as is". No guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors is provided.
Any malfunctions, bugs or service interruptions do not entitle to refunds or account status restorations.
Article 2 – Communications and Content
2.1 User Behavior
It is forbidden to publish, send or promote content that is:
- offensive, vulgar or discriminatory,
- pornographic or violent in nature,
- illegal or inciting unlawful behavior.
Staff reserves the right to moderate and remove such content and, if necessary, take action on the responsible account.
2.2 Forum, Messaging and Social Channels
The same conduct rules apply to all game communication areas (forum, private messages, public chats or official Discord).
Users are responsible for what they write and publish in any context.
Article 3 – Game Usage and Technical Restrictions
3.1 Prohibited Tools
It is expressly forbidden to:
- use bots, automated scripts or external software that alter or automate the gaming experience;
- exploit bugs, glitches or errors to gain unfair advantages.
Such behaviors may result in suspension or permanent ban.
3.2 Ad Blocking
Pirates War is also supported by advertising. The use of tools that block it (ad blockers) is prohibited and may limit or prevent access to the game.
Article 4 – Account Rules
4.1 Multiple Accounts
Each user may have only one active account. Using multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
In case of violation, all involved accounts will be blocked.
4.2 Sale and Transfer
The sale, exchange or transfer of accounts or credentials is prohibited, whether temporarily or permanently, even between acquaintances or family members.
Article 5 – Trades and Player Interactions
5.1 Legitimate Trades
All trades (resources, items, points) must occur according to game rules, through the provided functionalities.
Any attempt to circumvent these mechanisms may lead to sanctions.
5.2 Boosting and Abuse
Coordinated practices are prohibited for:
- artificially increasing a player's score,
- facilitating repeated activities solely for statistical advantages.
Such activities are considered misconduct and are punishable.
Article 6 – Game Content Ownership
All virtual objects, resources, graphics and content in Pirates War are intellectual property of the authors.
Users acquire no ownership or resale rights.
Any form of unauthorized commercial use or distribution of game material is prohibited.
Article 7 – Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Collected Data
During registration and game use, we may collect:
- email address,
- IP address,
- usage statistics and data.
7.2 Data Usage
Data is used exclusively for technical and administrative account management and to improve the gaming experience.
7.3 Third-Party Sharing
Data is not shared with third parties, except for legal obligations or requests from competent authorities.
